Tracing Your Ancestors

Your family tree belongs to you. You don’t have to but I would encourage you to participate in the research process. This may include talking to other relatives, investigating family photograph albums, visiting and photographing former family homes and church yards.

Hopefully your family tree will be a long term legacy. It will not simply be a list of names and dates but in time will include places, photographs, family stories and the social history context which your ancestors experienced and were influenced by. It will continue to grow and develop long after I have completed my research.
